How It All Began
Abhimukh Rehabilitation Facilities is the vision of Rajat Lodh, who himself once struggled with drug and alcohol addiction, understanding firsthand the pain and isolation it brings. After finding recovery and returning to his home in Agartala, Tripura, Rajat was deeply troubled by the prevalence of addiction among local youth, witnessing its destructive impact on individuals and families. Driven to help, he worked with various NGOs, gaining valuable experience in addiction treatment and community support. Recognizing the need for a dedicated resource specifically tailored to the needs of his community, Rajat founded Abhimukh on December 15, 2023. His goal: to prevent families from experiencing the devastation of addiction and provide a clear, accessible path to recovery for those struggling in his community.

The HIV/AIDS Awareness Programme by One Stop Centre and Abhimukh Rehabilitation Facilities aimed to educate the public on prevention, treatment, and care, while promoting early detection and reducing stigma.

On World AIDS Day, Abhimukh Rehabilitation Facilities and GOLD hosted a health camp offering HIV screening and essential medicines to inmates, enhancing health awareness and care.
